We’re conveniently located near the intersection of the N9 and N10, making Celtis Country Lodge & Restaurant the perfect stopover for travelers between Gauteng, the Garden Route, and the Western Cape.
Driving Directions:
From the N9 (from Graaff-Reinet):
Enter Middelburg via the main street and follow our signage to the corner of Meintjies Street and Joubert Street.
Turn left into Joubert Street and continue straight until you reach No. 23 Joubert Street, where our friendly staff will be ready to welcome you.
From the N10 (from Cradock):
As you enter Middelburg, follow our signs to the corner of Meintjies Street and Joubert Street.
Drive straight down Joubert Street to 23 Joubert Street.

We are part of an accommodation collection. We request all our guest from Aloe's 1st on Camp and Aloe's 62 on Meintjies to came directly to our main reservation office at Celtis Country Lodge, situated at 23 Joubert Street, Middelburg EC. Also check your w'app messages before arrival as our team will provide you with check-inn information and provide detailed directions to ensure you arrive comfortably.
Driving Directions:
From Bloemfontein (N1) via Colesberg
Follow the N1 toward Colesberg.
Take the N9 exit toward Middelburg.
Look for the first Middelburg sign and turn right into Meintjies Street.
Follow the Celtis Country Lodge signs, leading you directly to our reception at 23 Joubert Street.
From Graaff-Reinet/Cradock (N9/N10):
Take the N10 toward Middelburg and continue onto the N9 at the intersection.
Upon entering Middelburg, look for our first Celtis Country Lodge sign on the main street (Meintjies Street).
Turn left at the next Celtis sign into Joubert Street.
You’ll find us 300 meters down the road on the right-hand side at 23 Joubert Street.
Reception Operating Hours:
06:00 – 22:00 Daily (Prior arrangements are required for late arrivals.)
Upon arrival, our friendly receptionist will assist you with the check-in process. Please ensure you have your ID document ready to complete your booking procedure.
